Alton Towers: Scarefest opening hours changed from 9pm to 8pm

0
Why have Alton Towers changed their Scarefest opening hours (from 9pm to 8pm)?

This year, Scarefest offers guests the chance to experience the event over 24 days, more days than in recent years, providing more flexibility to visit. On some selected mid-week dates, which are traditionally quieter, the theme park will close at the slightly earlier time of 8pm.

Guests will still get to experience our award-winning scare mazes, including two brand new attractions, as well as our world-class rides in the dark. Those with existing bookings who wish to move to a date with a later opening of 9pm can do so free of charge via the website.

Alton Towers said: “We continually review our operations to understand demand and support our teams across the park. This is typical throughout our theme park season with varied closing times on off-peak and peak days. Whilst selected mid-week dates will close at the slightly earlier time of 8pm, guests will get to experience the same level of spooks and frights our award-winning event is able to provide.”

I have booked to visit Scarefest and you’ve moved the booking to 8pm. I want to move my booking/a refund etc?

Those with existing bookings who wish to move to a date with a later opening of 9pm can do so free of charge via the website.
