Dreamland Margate Opens for the 2026 Season with Two New Family Rides

Dreamland Margate is officially back for the 2026 season, reopening its gates on Friday 3 April just in time for the Easter holidays. The iconic seaside amusement park is once again offering its signature mix of vintage charm, family rides, and live entertainment—plus two brand-new attractions for younger visitors.

This year, the spotlight is firmly on families, with the addition of Vintage Cups & Saucers and Little River, a delightful new children’s water ride.

A Classic Seaside Favourite Returns

Located on the Kent coast, Dreamland has been entertaining visitors for over a century, blending historic rides with modern attractions. Originally dating back to the late 1800s, the park remains one of the UK’s most nostalgic theme park experiences.

For 2026, guests can once again enjoy:

  • Free entry to the park
  • Pay-per-ride tokens or ride wristbands
  • A mix of vintage fairground rides, arcades, and street food

During the Easter opening period, the park operates daily before moving to weekend and holiday openings in spring, with full daily operations returning in summer.

NEW for 2026: Vintage Cups & Saucers

One of the new additions for 2026 is the charming Vintage Cups & Saucers ride.

This classic spinning attraction is perfect for younger guests, offering a gentle but fun experience as riders control how fast they spin. Designed with Dreamland’s signature retro aesthetic, it fits perfectly within the park’s nostalgic atmosphere.

NEW for 2026: Little River

Also debuting this season is Little River, a brand-new children’s water ride that adds a splash of interactive fun to the park.

With the introduction of Vintage Cups & Saucers and Little River, Dreamland Margate continues to evolve while staying true to its retro roots.

These new attractions may be small in scale, but they add real value for families—making the park an even better destination for visitors with young children in 2026.
