Easter Eggstravaganza Returns to West Midlands Safari Park for 2026

Spring is one of the best times of year to visit West Midlands Safari Park, and the parkโ€™s annual Easter Eggstravaganza is back with even more family-friendly activities. Running from 28 March to 12 April 2026, this seasonal event combines wildlife encounters with Easter-themed entertainment, making it an ideal day out during the school holidays.

Visitors can enjoy colourful decorations, interactive trails, live entertainment and special character meet-and-greets โ€“ all included as part of a full safari park visit.

What Is the Easter Eggstravaganza?

The Easter Eggstravaganza is a seasonal celebration held throughout the Easter holidays at the park. Guests are invited to explore themed trails, complete fun challenges and meet special Easter characters as they journey around the Safari Walk and Discovery Trail areas.

The park is transformed with bright Easter decorations including giant eggs, hay bales and spring floral displays, creating perfect photo opportunities for families visiting during the holiday period.

The event is designed to be suitable for all ages, blending the parkโ€™s wildlife experiences with seasonal activities and interactive entertainment.

Meet Bramble Bunny and Chirpy Chick

A highlight of the Easter celebration is the chance to meet the parkโ€™s cheerful Easter characters.

Guests can meet Bramble Bunny, the parkโ€™s friendly Easter mascot, who appears throughout the event in special shows and meet-and-greet sessions. Alongside him is Chirpy Chick, another seasonal character who roams the Safari Walk areas offering photo opportunities for visitors.

These character encounters are especially popular with younger visitors and provide plenty of memorable family photo moments.

Take Part in Easter Trails and Activities

The Easter Eggstravaganza features a variety of themed activities spread throughout the park.

One of the main attractions is the interactive Easter trail, where guests search for clues around the park to earn a chocolate reward at the end of the adventure.

Other activities often include:

  • Easter-themed quizzes and trails
  • Creative arts and craft stations
  • Competitions and prize giveaways
  • Family-friendly live entertainment

In previous years, visitors have also been able to guess how many eggs are inside a giant Easter egg display for the chance to win special prizes, including overnight stays in the parkโ€™s luxury Safari Lodges.
