Fantasy Island has unveiled a wave of updates for the 2026 season, highlighting new facilities, refreshed entertainment offerings and upgrades across key guest areas ahead of its spring reopening.

The Lincolnshire theme park, Fantasy Island, confirmed that while visitors will notice visual changes around the resort, several developments have also been taking place behind the scenes to enhance the overall guest experience.

New entertainment hub launches

A major focus for 2026 is the introduction of a revamped online entertainment platform, designed to give guests easier access to event news, previews and behind-the-scenes content from venues across the park.

The new “What’s On” channel will spotlight performances and seasonal activities taking place at popular on-site locations such as Captain Jack’s and Castaways, forming part of a broader push to strengthen Fantasy Island’s live entertainment offering.

New holiday check-in facility

Holidaymakers staying on site will also be welcomed by a brand-new check-in building. The facility has been created to provide a more comfortable and streamlined arrival experience for guests staying in Fantasy Island’s accommodation, marking another investment in the resort’s growing short-break market.

Market refresh arriving in March

The park’s well-known market will return with a refreshed line-up for the 2026 season, featuring a mix of new traders alongside established favourites. The updated market is scheduled to reopen on 7 March, giving visitors an early look at new stalls and products as the season begins.

Bowling alley receives major upgrade

Among the most notable improvements is a full refurbishment of the resort’s bowling alley, which has undergone what the park describes as a significant “glow-up.”

The venue remains included within selected wristband packages, with guests purchasing 2-day, 7-day or holiday wristbands continuing to receive access to free games — a perk that has proven popular with families and short-break visitors.

2026 season momentum

The collection of updates signals a strong start to the 2026 season for Fantasy Island, with the park blending infrastructure improvements, retail changes and entertainment expansion as it prepares to welcome guests back.

With the market reopening in early March and further seasonal events expected throughout the year, the resort is positioning itself to offer visitors more reasons than ever to plan a return trip in 2026.
