What Roles Are Available?
Flamingo Land is looking for General Team Members across a variety of departments — meaning there’s something for all skills and interests. Positions begin in March 2026 and run through 1 November 2026.
Here’s a snapshot of some of the seasonal roles available:
- Ride Hosts – Help guests enjoy rides safely
- Admissions Team – Welcome visitors and assist with tickets and information
- Arcade Ambassadors & Games Stall Hosts – Add fun to guests’ day with interactive attractions
- Catering Crew – Baristas, sandwich artists, fish fryers and other food service roles
- Restaurant Staff – Front of house service
- Bartenders – Keep the fun going into the night
- Park Cleaners – Help keep the resort clean and welcoming
- Housekeeping – Prepare holiday accommodation for guests
- Retail Assistants – Support souvenir and gift shop customers
- Warehouse Operatives – Stock and deliver supplies around the resort
- Administration Support – Accounts, cash office and general admin
- Maintenance & Operations Staff – Tradespeople, engineers and IT support
- Leisure Complex Assistants – Lifeguards and customer service in pools & gym areas
Recruitment for the 2026 season begins early February 2026. After applying, you’ll have a telephone introduction from the Flamingo Land recruitment team — followed by a face‑to‑face interview with a department manager if successful.
Interviews are typically around 30 minutes and focus on competency‑based questions. Successful candidates then attend an induction day to get fully prepared for working at the resort.
