Brean Theme Park has announced that its planned fireworks display this month will no longer go ahead due to the exceptionally dry weather and increased wildfire risk.
The park said that, after careful consideration, it has decided that cancelling the display is the responsible choice, putting safety ahead of the event.
While the decision may disappoint some visitors, Brean Theme Park is still encouraging guests to visit on the planned fireworks day. Half-price wristbands will be available all day, giving visitors the chance to enjoy more rides for less.
The park said it hopes guests will understand and support the decision, with safety and avoiding any unnecessary fire risk remaining the priority.
Visitors can therefore still look forward to a great day out at Brean, with more rides, half-price wristbands and no unnecessary fire risk.
