How to Claim:
Entry to all attractions is subject to availability, pre-booking your tickets in advance is essential to guarantee entry.
1. Book your first Twice the Fun tickets and download your tickets for easy entry.
2. Your booking details and barcode will be emailed to you. Keep the email safe as you will need it to redeem your second visit.
3. You have until 30 September to redeem and enjoy your complimentary second theme park visit. To book your tickets, click the logo of the theme park you want to visit and follow the steps.
4. When prompted, enter the barcodes from your original confirmation email and complete your booking. Each ticket purchased has a unique barcode. If there are 4 guests in your booking, you will be required to input all 4 unique barcodes from your original booking.
Tickets are non-transferrable and both visits must be by the same guests. Entry may be refused if lead booker name does not match the name listed on the original booking. Please keep the booking email from your first visit, it may be required to verify your details for your second visit.

Can I use my free second visit at the same attraction as my first visit?
Yes, you may use your free second visit at the same park as your first. Please note that you need to pre-book your second day in advance.
When can I use my tickets?
Your first visit and free second visit must be booked and used by the 30th September 2025.
What order do I have to do the attractions in?
You are required to make your first visit to the attraction you originally booked through. After your initial visit, you’re free to choose any participating attraction for your complimentary second visit, as long as both visits are booked within the designated dates.
Do I need to pre-book my second visit, or can I simply walk up to the admissions gate?
You must pre-book your second visit, this is essential to guarantee entry as all attractions are subject to availability. Booking your second visit is quick and easy.
Can I give my free second visit tickets to someone else?
