Clacton Pier is getting ready for a spectacular summer of free fireworks.
During the school holidays, the well-known beach attraction will put on six displays, the first of which is scheduled for Saturday, July 26.
With music and narration, it will be an extra-special spectacular. Additionally, a new website will be launched to increase tourism in the town.
The newly established Clacton Coastal Tourism Group (CCTG) created the website, Discover Clacton, to highlight what the town has to offer tourists.
“It will be a spectacular occasion“, according to Billy Ball, CCTG Chairman and Pier Director.
Dynamic Fireworks will assist in the pyrotechnics on July 26 at 9.30 p.m., and MRL Productions will supply the soundtrack, which will have a Great British seashore theme.
It is one of eleven displays staged by the pier in 2025; three have taken place and there will be others on August 2, 9, 16, 21 and 24 and the final two on November 8.
