When the sun sinks and shadows stretch across the boardwalk, Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach transforms. For five unforgettable nights this October, the park becomes something darker, more thrilling — welcome to Fairground Frights 2025.
What to Expect
From Saturday 25th to Friday 31st October (excluding Monday 27th), the beachfront amusement park will come alive after dark. Dare to wander into scare mazes, ride through fear-themed attractions, and encounter roaming actors at every turn. The entire park becomes your stage for screams.
The experience includes unlimited access to all scare mazes and rides with a Fairground Frights Wristband.
Who It’s For & Entry Details
This event is geared toward older kids and adults; not recommended for under-10s. Pleasure Beach Fun Cards and regular season passes won’t work for admission — everyone needs a wristband.
- Advance wristbands: £26.50 online
- Gate price: £28.50 on event nights
- Season pass holders: half-price wristbands are available at the park’s sales kiosk on the night of your visit.
Tips for Attending
- Buy wristbands in advance to save some money and avoid gate-price queues.
- Be ready for dark walkways and sudden scares—bring something warm in case the night gets chilly.
- Plan your route—there’s a lot to see, and the scare mazes will draw the biggest crowds, so arrive early.
- If you’re nervous of loud noises, surprises, or close-up encounters, choose your attractions carefully.
Fairground Frights 2025 isn’t just Halloween. It’s a transformation—of rides, of space, of atmosphere—and it promises to leave your heart racing long after the night ends.
