Adventure Coast Southport has officially announced that its grand opening will be delayed due to poor weather conditions, with heavy rain and unsettled forecasts expected across the weekend.
With forecasts predicting showers, strong winds, and generally unsettled conditions, the team behind Adventure Coast made the call to prioritise guest experience and safety.
Let’s be honest — a rainy theme park opening never quite hits the same.
By pushing the launch back a few days, Adventure Coast is making the right call. A grand opening should feel exciting, vibrant, and full of energy — not umbrellas and soggy shoes.
