Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach has officially opened the doors to its brand-new family attraction, Overplay, with guests now able to enjoy the exciting experience from today through until 6th September.
Located right next to the theme park, Overplay is a brand-new all-weather family adventure, making it the perfect addition to a day out at Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach. Whether the sun is shining or the weather takes a turn, families can continue the fun indoors with a wide range of exciting activities.
What Is Overplay?
Designed for children and families, Overplay is packed with action and adventure, featuring:
- Giant inflatable play areas
- Climbing challenges
- Obstacle courses
- Giant slides
- Rope adventures
- Interactive play experiences
Every ticket includes either 60 or 120 minutes of high-energy fun, Visitors can enjoy the outdoor play area whenever weather conditions allow.
Height Restrictions
Before visiting, guests should be aware of the attraction’s height requirements:
- Over 100cm: Can enjoy the main arena independently.
- 90cm – 100cm: Can enter the main arena when accompanied by an adult using an Adult & Child ticket.
- Under 90cm: Cannot access the main arena.
- 60cm – 90cm: Can enjoy the dedicated Mini Zone.
A Dedicated Mini Zone for Younger Adventurers
Families with smaller children haven’t been forgotten. Overplay includes a colourful Mini Zone, specially designed for children between 60cm and 90cm tall.
The area features age-appropriate activities, soft play surfaces and plenty of space for little ones to explore safely. Children using the Mini Zone must be supervised by an adult throughout their visit.

With Overplay running until 6th September, it offers families another fantastic reason to visit Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach during the summer holidays.
