Lotte World Adventure in South Korea is set to open Kong x Godzilla: The Ride on 24 July 2026, becoming the world’s first theme park attraction based on Legendary Entertainment’s Monsterverse.
The new multimedia dark ride takes guests into Hollow Earth, where they’ll join Kong and Godzilla on an action-packed adventure. Before boarding, visitors will pass through a MONARCH research facility, complete with immersive pre-show experiences.
Developed by Sally Dark Rides in partnership with Legendary Entertainment and Toho, the attraction replaces the park’s former Jungle Adventure ride and features impressive special effects, themed environments, exclusive merchandise and dedicated photo opportunities.
The opening marks another major investment in immersive, story-driven attractions and is expected to become one of Asia’s must-ride experiences for theme park fans.
