Pleasurewood Hills Wipeout Incident: Visitors Praise How the Park Handled the Situation

Feedback from visitors who were at Pleasurewood Hills during the Wipeout incident has been largely positive, with several praising the park’s staff, maintenance team and emergency services for the way the situation was handled.

“We were there today and thought it was handled really well for both those stuck on the ride and other visitors in the park.”

Elysia Charlton also praised the response from both Pleasurewood Hills and the emergency services.

“Just wanted to say I thought the whole incident was handled really well. Between Pleasurewood Hills and the emergency services dealing with the situation, everyone did a fantastic job. Well done to all involved.”

Another visitor, Dominee Hambling, praised everyone involved in dealing with the incident, including the park’s staff and emergency crews.

“Having been there today Pleasurewood Hills staff and maintenance, the 4 firecrews and the ambulance incident teams were incredible. This was not just the ride getting stuck, well done all.”
