Lightwater Valley Family Adventure Park is set to kick off October half term in spectacular style, with extended opening hours and a fireworks display on Saturday 24 October 2026.
The North Yorkshire theme park will welcome visitors from 10:30am as usual, but guests will have even longer to enjoy the rides, attractions and Halloween entertainment before the evening’s fireworks finale.
Lightwater Valley Extends Opening Hours for Fireworks
Visitors heading to Lightwater Valley on Saturday 24 October can enjoy a full day of family fun, with rides operating until 5:30pm.
The extended hours will give families more time to experience the park’s 35+ rides and attractions, alongside its Halloween-themed entertainment during the October half-term holidays.
The day will finish with a spectacular fireworks display at 5:45pm, lighting up the sky above the park and providing a memorable start to the school holidays.
Best of all, the fireworks display is included in the admission ticket, meaning visitors will not need to pay anything extra to enjoy the evening’s celebrations.
