Two popular Alton Towers attractions, Battle Galleons and Congo River Rapids, are now closed for the season.
Both water rides will remain closed through the winter and are expected to reopen in May 2027.
Visitors planning a trip to Alton Towers should be aware that these attractions will not be operating during the remainder of the 2026 season.
