Step Back in Time: Photos from the New Alton Towers Exhibition

Visitors to Alton Towers Resort can now experience a fascinating journey through the park’s rich history as the brand-new Alton Towers Exhibition has officially opened for summer 2026.

Running from 18th July until 28th August 2026, the limited-time exhibition is located inside The Chapel within the historic Towers ruins and showcases over 200 years of Alton Towers history.

The exhibition features a carefully curated collection of historic artwork, memorabilia and treasured artefacts, many of which are rarely seen by the public. From the estate’s early beginnings through to its transformation into one of the UK’s most famous theme park destinations, there’s plenty for fans of Alton Towers to discover.

The exhibition is included with park admission and will be available for guests to explore until 28th August 2026.
