Exciting news for fans of classic wooden roller coasters as Blackpool Pleasure Beach has confirmed that Grand National is scheduled to reopen during June.
The iconic duelling wooden coaster has been undergoing work ahead of its return and remains one of the most historic roller coasters operating in the UK.
Guests visiting the park this month should keep an eye on official announcements for an exact reopening date.
Peppa’s Big Balloon Ride Closed for Maintenance
Visitors to Paultons Park should be aware that Peppa’s Big Balloon Ride will be closed for maintenance from:
- 1 June to 14 June 2026
The remainder of Peppa Pig World and the park’s attractions remain available to guests.
DUPLO Dino Coaster Closed at LEGOLAND Windsor
LEGOLAND Windsor Resort has confirmed that DUPLO Dino Coaster will be closed throughout June for annual maintenance.
Closure dates:
- 1 June to 30 June 2026
The attraction is expected to reopen once the scheduled maintenance programme has been completed.
Adventure Island Moves to Weekend Operations
Adventure Island has moved to a reduced operating schedule for June.
The park will be:
- Open weekends only throughout June
Guests planning a visit should check opening dates before travelling.
Drayton Manor Closed Midweek
Drayton Manor Resort will be closed on:
- Tuesday 2 June
- Wednesday 3 June
The park is expected to reopen later in the week.
