Blackpool Pleasure Beach is inviting young people aged 12 to 16 to apply for its Junior Board of Directors for 2026/27.
The long-running programme gives successful applicants the opportunity to work alongside the park’s management team, share ideas, and gain valuable insight into how one of the UK’s most famous theme parks operates.
Junior Board members take part in business challenges, discussions, and exclusive experiences while learning about areas such as marketing, events, attractions, and guest experience.
Applications are open now and close on 28 June 2026. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to take part in a business-style challenge before the final board members are selected.
The scheme offers a unique opportunity for young theme park enthusiasts to develop business skills, build confidence, and help shape the future of Blackpool Pleasure Beach.
