Visitors planning to attend this weekend’s Locals Weekend event are being advised that all £10 wristbands have now officially sold out online.
Organisers confirmed the sell-out ahead of today’s event and thanked guests who booked in advance, with large crowds expected throughout the day.
Park opening hours for Sunday 10th May are 11:45am until 5:30pm.
Guests who already hold pre-booked online tickets or a season pass will still be able to collect wristbands from 11am onwards. However, the park has confirmed that no walk-up admissions will be available during the early part of the day due to capacity levels.
From 2pm onwards, a limited number of walk-up admissions may become available on a strict “one in, one out” basis. Guests hoping to gain entry later in the day are being warned that admission cannot be guaranteed and that any queues will be entirely at their own risk.
The update comes as Locals Weekend continues to prove hugely popular, with discounted entry attracting large numbers of visitors eager to enjoy the park’s rides and attractions.
Guests attending today are encouraged to arrive prepared for busy conditions and to allow extra time for entry procedures.
