Paws at the Ready! World of PAW Patrol Officially Opens at Chessington on 3rd May 2026

Big news for families and young thrill-seekers—the UK’s first-ever PAW Patrol themed land is officially opening at Chessington World of Adventures on 3rd May 2026.

Perfectly timed for the early May Bank Holiday weekend, the brand-new World of PAW Patrol is set to become one of the biggest family attractions to open in the UK this year.

Step into Adventure Bay

Guests will be transported straight into Adventure Bay, the iconic setting from the hugely popular children’s TV show PAW Patrol. At the centre of the land stands the famous Lookout Tower, acting as a visual icon and hub for the area.

The theming throughout has been carefully designed to immerse children in the world of the show, encouraging imaginative play, teamwork, and interactive storytelling.

Four Brand-New Family Rides

The World of PAW Patrol will feature four brand-new rides, all designed with younger children and first-time riders in mind:

Chase’s Mountain Mission – A gentle “my first rollercoaster” experience, perfect for little thrill-seekers

Skye’s Helicopter Heroes – A relaxing aerial ride offering great views across the land

Zuma’s Hovercraft Adventure – A drifting-style attraction and a first of its kind in the UK

Marshall’s Firetruck Rescue – A lively and interactive ride full of movement and fun

These attractions strike the perfect balance between excitement and accessibility, making them ideal for children aged approximately 2–6.

Meet Your Favourite Pups

No visit would be complete without meeting the heroes of Adventure Bay. Guests will have the chance to meet Chase, Skye, Marshall, Rubble, Rocky and Everest.

These meet-and-greet experiences are expected to be hugely popular, giving children the chance to take photos and interact with their favourite characters.

Play Areas, Food & More

The land isn’t just about rides. Families can also enjoy interactive play areas designed for younger children, a themed café and picnic space, a dedicated PAW Patrol retail shop, and fully immersive surroundings built for exploration and discovery.

This makes the area ideal for spending several hours, even without venturing into the rest of the park.

Extend the Adventure with a Hotel Stay

For those wanting the full experience, Chessington offers PAW Patrol-themed hotel rooms sleeping up to five guests. These rooms feature themed décor, bunk beds, and exclusive perks such as early ride access and character experiences.

It’s a great option for turning a day visit into a short family break.

Why This Matters for UK Theme Parks

The opening of World of PAW Patrol marks another major step for Chessington World of Adventures as it continues to position itself as the UK’s leading theme park for families with younger children.

Key highlights include:

The first PAW Patrol-themed land in the world

A strong focus on preschool-aged visitors

Continued investment in immersive, IP-driven experiences

With increasing competition in the UK theme park market, this addition reinforces Chessington’s strategy of targeting families rather than thrill-seekers.

The countdown is officially on. From 3rd May 2026, families will be able to step into the world of PAW Patrol and experience Adventure Bay for themselves.

This is likely to be one of the most in-demand new attractions of 2026, especially during opening weeks and school holidays—so planning ahead is highly recommended.
