One year after the passing of rock legend Ozzy Osbourne, Universal has announced one of the biggest surprises of Halloween Horror Nights 2026. The Prince of Darkness is being honoured with his very own haunted house, giving fans the chance to step inside the twisted world inspired by one of heavy metal’s greatest icons.
Officially titled Ozzy Osbourne: Prince of Darkness, the attraction will appear at both Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood, although each version will feature its own unique scenes and experiences.

Rather than simply recreating concerts, Universal has designed an experience inspired by Ozzy’s music, album artwork and iconic imagery.

Universal has confirmed the attraction will include numerous Easter eggs for long-time Ozzy fans.
Ride the Crazy Train
One of the biggest highlights is expected to be a sequence based around Crazy Train.
Universal has revealed that guests will effectively board a terrifying version of the famous train, with Ozzy himself appearing as its eerie conductor before descending further into his supernatural kingdom.
For many fans, this could become one of the most memorable moments of Halloween Horror Nights 2026.
Two Different Haunted Houses
Unlike many previous Halloween Horror Nights attractions, the Orlando and Hollywood versions won’t be identical.
Universal has confirmed each park will tell the story in its own way.
Universal Orlando
The Orlando version is expected to focus more heavily on Ozzy’s darker later solo career, taking guests through haunted temples, ruins and supernatural landscapes before ending with an unforgettable finale.
Universal Studios Hollywood
Meanwhile, Hollywood’s version reportedly explores Ozzy’s musical journey from Birmingham to international rock icon, celebrating his entire solo career with scenes inspired by classic album artwork and performances.
A House Created with the Osbourne Family
One reason fans are especially excited is the involvement of Ozzy’s family.
Sharon and Jack Osbourne worked alongside Universal’s creative team throughout development, helping ensure the attraction feels authentic while remaining true to Ozzy’s personality and career.
Rather than being simply frightening, the house has also been described as a celebration of his life and influence on music and popular culture.
Exclusive Merchandise
Universal has also confirmed that exclusive merchandise will accompany the attraction.
While the full collection has yet to be revealed, guests can expect:
