Guests visiting Flamingo Land Resort today are in for an extra dose of excitement, as the park has officially extended its opening hours from 5:00pm to 5:30pm.
The decision comes in response to the beautiful weather, giving visitors even more time to enjoy some of the UK’s most thrilling roller coasters.
This means more chances to loop, dive, and soar your way through the park’s biggest attractions—without the usual race against the clock.
Sun’s out… and so are extra ride times!

We’re making the most of this gorgeous weather, so our Big 5 are staying open until 5:30pm today!
That means more time to take on Sik, Hero, Cliff Hanger, Mumbo Jumbo and Kumali… again… and again… and maybe one more time for good luck
The extended hours apply specifically to Flamingo Land’s headline roller coasters, often referred to as the “Big 5”
- Sik – 10-inversion coaster
- Hero – A unique flying coaster experience
- Cliff Hanger – A towering S&S drop ride
- Mumbo Jumbo – Famous for its beyond-vertical drop
- Kumali – A classic looping coaster with intense forces
If you’re heading to Flamingo Land today—or already inside the park—make sure you take full advantage of the extended ride time. Whether it’s your first ride on Sik or your fifth lap on Kumali, there’s now even more opportunity to end your day on a high.
